His expertise lies in business development and strategy with a specific focus on the technology and telecommunications fields where he has worked for the bulk of his career. Having served as a Global Head of HR for a multinational enterprise of over 125,000 employees, he also brings deep expertise in leading people and culture across 40 countries.
Barney Quinn takes on Thomas Edison’s notion that “vision without execution is hallucination.” He believes passionately in the work of transformation and its practical implementation, giving him a combined set of strengths in theory and practice, analysis and experience.
His passion for helping leaders face the challenges of transformation has made him an expert in international digital change and transformation leadership. He teaches and lectures internationally in this field and is the author of "Defying Doom”, a highly readable book in which he lays out an inspiring and practical model aimed at turning around any business that faces seemingly unsurmountable difficulty.
